Each user may hold only one active account on 186bet. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different personal details, email addresses, or devices are used. Duplicate accounts may result in the permanent suspension of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any pending bonuses or winnings.
The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration. All details must correspond to real, verifiable information, including full name, CPF, date of birth, address, and mobile number. 186bet will conduct periodic checks and may request additional documentation at any time.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out using an account's credentials is the account holder's responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact 186bet support immediately via the live chat available 24 hours a day.
To make the first withdrawal, users must complete the identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) process by submitting a copy of their RG or CNH and a recent proof of address. The entire process is carried out digitally, with no need to send physical documents.
186bet accepts deposits exclusively through the following Brazilian payment methods:
The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL). All deposits are processed in Brazilian reais (BRL), with no currency conversion or additional fees charged by 186bet. Any fees imposed by the user's financial institution are the sole responsibility of the user.
186bet does not accept deposits from third parties. The deposit method used must be registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits from unidentified sources will be returned to the sender, less any applicable processing fees.

Users may request withdrawals at any time, provided they have sufficient available balance and have completed the identity verification (KYC) process. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL).
Withdrawals at 186bet are processed exclusively via Pix, within a maximum of 5 (five) minutes of the request, any day and at any time. 186bet imposes no time restrictions on withdrawal processing — the system operates on a fully automated basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
The Pix key registered for withdrawals must be in the name of the 186bet account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. If the system detects a discrepancy between the bank account details and the registered information, the withdrawal will be held for manual review, which may extend the processing time.
186bet reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in the following situations: pending identity verification; suspected fraudulent activity; a balance consisting entirely of bonus funds with an unfulfilled rollover; or an investigation into a violation of these Terms. The user will be notified by email of any hold and the corresponding reasons.
Sports Betting at 186bet covers Brazilian football (Brasileirão Série A, Brasileirão Série B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores da América, Copa Sul-Americana, and state championships), as well as volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports, and other domestic and international sports.
A bet is considered confirmed at the moment 186bet's system issues the ticket number. Upon confirmation, the amount is immediately deducted from the user's balance. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the user, except in cases where the cash out feature is available for that specific ticket.
If an odd is published with an obvious error — for example, a value clearly inconsistent with the market — 186bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed at that incorrect odd and return the wagered amount to the user's balance. 186bet is under no obligation to honor bets placed at odds that are the proven result of a technical or human error.
If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded in full to users' balances. If the event is postponed, bets will remain valid until the confirmed new date, provided the postponement is less than 72 hours. Postponements exceeding this period result in automatic cancellation of all bets.
Bets placed during live events are recorded at the odds in effect at the time of system confirmation. 186bet may temporarily suspend live betting during critical moments of an event — such as penalty kicks or VAR reviews — to protect market integrity.
186bet offers casino games including slots, roulette, blackjack, poker, baccarat, live casino with real dealers, and crash games. All RNG (Random Number Generator) games are audited by independent companies to ensure randomness and fairness in results.
Casino game results are final and cannot be disputed, except in cases of documented technical failure. If a technical failure affects the outcome of a game, 186bet reserves the right to cancel the affected round and return the wagered amount to the user's balance.
The user acknowledges that all casino games involve real financial risk and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes. 186bet does not guarantee profits and does not have any system that allows a user to "always win".
186bet offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including bonus amount, rollover requirement, validity period, and eligible games — which are disclosed on each offer's page. In the event of a conflict between the general terms of this section and a promotion's specific terms, the promotion's specific terms will prevail.
The rollover is the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit, as specified) must be wagered before any withdrawal of bonus-generated winnings is permitted. For example: a BRL 100.00 bonus with a 5x rollover requires the user to place BRL 500.00 in eligible bets before withdrawing winnings.
The use of arbitrage strategies, betting on opposing outcomes (hedging), or any other method designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds regardless of the result is strictly prohibited. 186bet monitors betting patterns and reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings in any identified case of misuse.
Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once constitutes fraud and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts involved, as well as possible referral to the relevant authorities.
Users agree to use the 186bet platform in a lawful, ethical manner and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:
Failure to comply with any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, withholding of the available balance during investigation, and, in the most serious cases, referral to the relevant authorities. 186bet fully cooperates with investigations conducted by Brazilian regulatory and public safety bodies.
Users may request account closure at any time through the support chat or by emailing contato@186bet.best. Prior to closure, any available balance (excluding bonus funds with an unfulfilled rollover) will be transferred to the registered bank account via Pix. The process takes up to 5 business days to complete.
186bet may close or suspend an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or unlawful activity; a responsible gambling self-exclusion request; a judicial or regulatory order; or prolonged inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months.
In the event of account closure due to a violation of these Terms or confirmed fraudulent activity, 186bet may hold the available balance during the investigation period. If the fraud is confirmed, the balance may be retained permanently, in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.
186bet is committed to promoting healthy entertainment habits. Sports Betting and casino games should be treated solely as entertainment — never as a source of income, an investment, or a solution to financial problems.

186bet strives to keep the platform available 24 hours a day but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 12 hours in advance. Unplanned technical issues will be resolved as quickly as possible.
186bet is not liable for financial losses arising from: betting decisions made by the user; interruptions to the user's internet connection; failures in third-party systems (banks, payment processors); or force majeure events, including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, or government orders affecting the platform's operation.
In the event of a proven technical failure that directly affects a bet or financial transaction, 186bet's liability is limited to refunding the wagered or deposited amount affected by the failure, with no obligation to pay additional compensation.
186bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes — those that directly affect users' rights or obligations — will be communicated by email and through a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of 7 (seven) calendar days' notice before taking effect.
Minor changes — such as grammatical corrections, updated contact information, or adjustments to new legal requirements — may be implemented without prior notice. The date of the most recent update to this document is always shown at the top of the page.
Continued use of the platform after the new conditions take effect constitutes automatic acceptance. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In the event of any conflict, dispute, or disagreement in the interpretation of this document, the parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through 186bet's support channel.
If an amicable resolution is not possible, the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, are hereby elected as the exclusive venue for settling any disputes arising from this agreement, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
